1) ICT Executive (1 Year Contract)
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Assist the Manager in monitoring the daily operations of the ICT helpdesk, and work with the outsourced Desktop engineer to provide end user support.

Provide support for school events and activities.
-
Maintain and troubleshoot ICT inventory including hardware and software.
-
Maintain inventory of IT and audio-visual systems and equipment and its proper documentation.
-
Monitor IT contracts, renew or procure new service contracts where necessary.
-
Manage student learning portals such as google workspace, apple school manager.
-
Collaborate with external IT infrastructure maintenance team to provide level 1 support.
-
Maintain and prepare internal exam server to meet exam requirements.
-
Responsible for daily operations, conducting briefing on new applications and conduct staff induction.
-
Assist In ICT projects when necessary.
-
Explore new technology that meets school’s needs.
Job Requirements
-
Diploma in IT/Computer Science
-
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience. Candidate with Window and Apple environment is added advantage.
-
Good communications and customer service skills.
-
Hands on experience using Apple, Google related applications.
-
Hands on experience using Window Server Management (Hyper V Virtualization)
-
The following technical Certification is an added advantage:
(i) Apple certification
(ii) Microsoft Server certification (MCSA/MCSE)
2) Finance & Procurement Manager
The Manager reports to the Vice Principal(Administration) and
is a key member of the School Administration Team. He/She manages a team
of Executives and assists the School Leaders in the areas of Finance, Procurement and
Company Secretarial function.
Duties and Responsibilities
-
Establish and review Procurement policies and procedures
-
Advise user departments on Procurement Procedures
-
Manage Accounts Receivables and Payables
-
Ensure proper accounting of Fixed Assets and depreciation
-
Conduct and consolidate annual budget and forecast for approval
-
Manage book-keeping and reporting, including statutory reports/returns
-
Ensure the financial records are available for audit check by external auditors
-
Coordinate all matters relating to Board of Directors and Company Secretarial Matters
-
Handle all administrative matters relating to IPC/Charity
-
Manage cash flow for operational needs and maximise return on excess fund
-
Manage and process payroll and related statutory contributions
Job Requirements
-
Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
-
Experience in lieu of a degree will also be considered
-
8 years of experience in Financial Accounting, with at least 2 year in a supervisory role

Experience in organisational procurement processes and the use of GeBiz will be an added advantage

Proficient in Financial Reporting Standards

*Successful applicants will be required to teach Innovation and Entrepreneurship, which is a module in the school's signature ChangeMakers Programme. Under this programme, lower secondary students learn problem solving skills, acquire key concepts of entrepreneurship and work on real world problems.
The teacher will participate and contribute to the planning, developing,
and teaching of an integrated curriculum/assigned subject. This includes
creating and developing units of study, lesson plans, assessments, and
appropriate rubrics.
Besides supporting departments/school programmes, the teacher should be open
to learning and adopting innovative pedagogies and technology and be passionate
about nurturing students' (13-16 years) moral and performance character
development.
