Integrated Diploma Programme
The SST-Ngee Ann Polytechnic Integrated Diploma Programme (SST-NP IDP) offers a first-of-its-kind STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Aesthetics, and Mathematics) - related through-train programme, providing Secondary Three students with a direct pathway to NP. This programme emphasises applied learning and engages students in a wide range of STEM fields via capstone projects with start-ups, industry partners and the community. Furthermore, students gain valuable 21st century skills, becoming innovative problem solvers and active contributors to society.

Letter of Acceptance Ceremony
On 16 November 2022, our inaugural batch of the SST-NP IDP received their letter of acceptance. This marks the beginning of their exciting journey in SST-NP IDP to become passionate innovators and future leaders.
Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) - SST and SMU
On 27th February 2023, SMU Academy, the professional training arm of Singapore Management University (SMU), and the School of Science and Technology, Singapore (SST) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to launch the SMU-SST Technopreneurship Programme. A first of its kind, the SMU-SST Technopreneurship Programme will introduce technopreneurship concepts to SST students. It is designed to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to develop their innovative spirit and nurture their entrepreneurial aspirations from a young age.
Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) - SST and Infineon
On the 20th of March 2023, SST and Infineon Technologies Asia Pacific Pte Ltd signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to provide STEM industry experiences for SST students. This partnership is testament to Infineon Technologies’ commitment to actively partner educational institutions in engaging the youth early, exposing them to industry practices, and equipping them with skills and knowledge to be ready for the future.
These STEM industry experiences will include various levels of engagement such as work experience and internship opportunities for the IDP students at Infineon, mentorship by Infineon engineers for the IDP Capstone Project, customised learning journeys and talks for SST students as well as training programmes for SST educators.
